• If there is not enough storage space, the content cannot be downloaded. In this case, please free up storage space by clearing the cache on the app or cleaning up files on your device and try again.
  • Go to Settings > Delete Cache.
• Your learning process will remain even if you delete the cache, but the content you downloaded will be deleted.
